Welcome to the District 13 ARES Website. District 13 contains Bourbon, Clark, Estill, Fayette, Garrard, Harrison, Jessamine, Madison, Nicholas, Powell and Woodford Counties in the State of Kentucky. This site is designed as a central point of information, resources, ideas and training to aide not only the amateur radio operator, ARES units, EMCOMM personnel and ARESMAT teams but will also help educate lay persons about the public service side of amateur radio.
